Get started with the basics of Alden ONE. Learn how to access your account, reset passwords via the User Profile Menu, and customize notifications. You'll also explore map and grid views, with guidance on navigating the platform, how to perform searches, and save custom views to fit your workflow.
Attacher Training Session 2: Joint Use Permit to Attach
For US Attachers ONLY
Learn the process of creating and managing Conversations, starting with the Joint Use Permit to Attach Conversations. We’ll guide you to create, fill out required information, and submit conversations. Using Alden ONE, we'll walk you through a conversation as it progresses from the attacher to the pole owner and back, until the conversation is complete.
