Pro vs Basic: What's the difference?
Alden ONE Pro client companies and their users have access to all the features and functionality of the platform with their paid subscription.
Alden ONE Basic client companies and their users have a free subscription to the platform and have been granted shared data access by another Pro Client Company or User.

Check your user profile directly in the application.
1) Log in at www.aldenone.com
2) At the top right of the screen, you will see user name, company name, and user status – Basic User or Pro User.
